Join us for our annual Fire Cider Workshop on November 15th at Marion Barry Avenue Market in SE, DC. This hands on class brings community members together to learn how to make Fire Cider, a wonderful winter remedy that can help support your immune system during the colder months of the year. You’ll leave this workshop with your own jar of Fire Cider and new knowledge and connections.
This year’s Fire Cider workshop is also a fundraiser for Seeds of Solidarity, a funding drive for Palestinian and Sudanese farmers. As conditions continue to deteriorate in Sudan and Gaza, it is our duty to stand in solidarity with folks around the world who are experiencing the brunt of colonial violence. All proceeds from this workshop will go towards this fundraiser.
We are offering tickets on a sliding scale from $15 to $150. All proceeds will go to organizations who are supporting farmers/agriculture in Sudan and Gaza. Please contribute what you can.
